Humour has long been seen as an effective weapon in breaking down barriers and counteracting disagreements. It has also been the downfall of many when used inappropriately which is why Stand Up and Be Counted was created.
Stand up comedy is public speaking as an extreme sport and the tools deployed to be a successful stand up are 100% transferable into a workplace environment. The ability to instantly engage an audience and maintain their attention are skills that can be learned and used in a variety of ways to deal with colleagues, presentations, motivation and communication.
With over 2 decades of experience within the creative industry, Jojo Sutherland has an innate ability to inspire and innovate new thinking and practical solutions for presentation techniques and confidence building. 
As a mentor she works one to one with company directors, she gives talks to public.private and 3rd sector organisations and also runs training workshops for staff groups.
